SLS Business Consulting is Louisiana’s Funding Strategy and Government Readiness Firm. We help small businesses, startups, nonprofits, and community-based organizations become fundable, contract-ready, and positioned for sustainable growth.
Founded by Schantel L. Swain, MBA, MHA, PMP, SLS was created to close the gap between having a powerful vision and having the structure, strategy, and resources needed to bring that vision to life. We understand that many capable entrepreneurs and community leaders miss valuable opportunities—not because their ideas lack merit, but because they have not been properly prepared to pursue funding or government contracts.
Our services include funding strategy, grant readiness and grant writing, government contracting readiness, business and nonprofit formation, business planning, pitch development, and organizational capacity-building. We do more than help clients complete applications. We help them build the infrastructure, documentation, and strategy necessary to compete confidently for opportunities and grow responsibly.
